The process of aligning technology

Falcon is a privately held corporation in the USA and a Private Limited Company in the United Kingdom. Falcon's high performance products enable business and professionals to gain a competitive edge, increase productivity, and operate with greater security.

The PacketCheck router is a perfect complement to your VoIPTelCaster PBX.

Routers connect two or more logical subnets, which do not necessarily map one-to-one to the physical interfaces of the router. The term layer 3 switch often is used interchangeably with router, but switch is really a general term without a rigorous technical definition. In marketing usage, it is generally optimized for Ethernet LAN interfaces and may not have other physical interface types. Sounds confusing and network consultants are more than happy to charge you to install complex routers in your business. Technology Alignment has partnered with Falcon Technology Systems for Wyoming to bring a "priced right" router with the functionality of routers costing thousands more with the ease of use of a home router.

The PacketCheck Router

The router from Falcon Technologies and has been developed at the high-end to allow an outstanding QoS that reduces and/or eliminates jidder. Many of the low-end routers in this price range that we've tested didn't stand up and caused problems including having to have a need to be rebooted quite often. We've also looked to partner with other router companies such as SonicWALL, but the cost of a router we felt was required would have cost upwards of $2,700 to $5,000, which was unacceptable especially for a SOHO or SMB with under 30 phones.

The ease of use of the router was also an issue. We've had many calls from partners who were having trouble configuring their equipment, Cisco being the biggest culprit. The router screen to the left shows the ease in which the router is maintained.

Currently we are shipping the high-end monitor at the $799 price without wireless. If you wish to include wireless please let us know. They will also have updates available for the first year with licensing for the second year. The cases being used are not the final cases, but ones being used for the initial deployments.
