Laramie, WY; June 19, 2008: Technology Alignment announced today that it has completed an agreement to acquire Britt Systems, a Florida company, which is a hardware reseller and solutions provider. The acquisition strengthens Technology Alignment's existing software business by expanding into the hardware market bringing complementary expertise in operating systems, CRM applications, PBX systems and mail server appliances. Under the agreement, Technology Alignment purchased Britt Systems for an undisclosed amount of preferred stock.

Dianne Ursini, CEO of Technology Alignment stated; "I believe providing reasonable cost laptops, workstations, servers and appliances will provide benefits to the end-user with proven solutions at the right price." Ursini adds "We plan on releasing our Pioneer Warrior BSD release on the selected platforms and making certain that everything runs out of the box".

The acquisition of Britt Systems furthers Technology Alignment's long-term initiative to radically simplify IT for business and consumers by removing high costs and complexity and making technology more efficient, manageable, flexible and cost effective. Technology Alignment's strategy was developed through conversations with customers, partners and the community.
